We look forward to welcoming you at the XXXVth Meeting of the Club Jules Gonin, to be held 27 – 30 May in Lugano, Switzerland. Please find details of the registration process and fees below.

Registration Fees and Payment

The payment methods offered is credit card (AMEX, MasterCard or Visa). For each transaction, a 3% non-refundable handling fee will be charged. Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated.

Third Party Registration

To register a third-party, please log in or create a conference account. Do not use someone else’s credentials. After logging-in please click on ‘individual registration’ and start the registration process.

You will be asked if you would like to register yourself or someone else. Please click on ‘someone else’ and enter the email address of your guest as well as the name and address details and continue with the registration. This way you are the registration owner (contact person), the registration invoice is sent to you exclusively.

Cancellation Policy

They must be requested via email. All refunds will be made after the meeting. The following rules shall apply: Registrations cancelled until 27 April 2026 will be refunded minus administrative fee. Registrations cancelled from 28 April 2026 onwards will not be eligible for refund.

Name changes to an existing registration are possible. A handling fee of €50 will be charged per request. Requests must be sent to secretariat.ClubJulesGonin@congrex.com including the name of the participant that cancels as well as the name and email address of the new participant. Requests will only be accepted by email and until 26 May 2026.

Correction of spelling mistakes or swapping first and last name due to incorrect submission will be charged with €10.
