The Networking Reception will take place on Wednesday evening at Villa Ciani, located right next to the Palazzo dei Congressi (Congress Center).
Join us in a beautiful setting with stunning views of the lake.
Access to Villa Ciani is via the main entrance of the Palazzo dei Congressi.

Networking Session & Dinner
Thursday, 28 May 2026 / 15.30 - 23.00
Would you like to connect with colleagues from around the world while enjoying breathtaking views of Lugano? Join us on Thursday afternoon for a networking event followed by dinner.
At 15.30, shuttle buses will depart from outside the Palazzo dei Congressi, taking you to the Monte San Salvatore station. From there, a funicular ride will bring you to the top of the mountain, where you can enjoy spectacular views and light refreshments (on a clear day, you can see as far as Milan).
Afterwards, you will make your own way to the LAC (Lugano Arte e Cultura) for dinner. A pleasant 15-minute walk along the lake connects the San Salvatore valley station to the LAC.

Gala Dinner
Friday, 29 May 2026 / 18.15 - 23.00
On Friday evening, you will once again have the opportunity to connect with colleagues from around the world in the unique atmosphere of our gala dinner.
The evening begins with a scenic boat cruise on Lake Lugano. Departure will take place from the “Pontile Giardino” jetty. Boarding starts at 18.20, and we kindly ask all guests to arrive punctually. The boat will depart promptly at 18.40, as it operates on a strict schedule and cannot be delayed for late arrivals. Guests who miss the departure will be required to arrange their own transportation to Melide (taxi or Uber).
After a relaxing 30-minute cruise, we will arrive at the Swiss Diamond Hotel Romantica in Melide, where a welcome drink and gala dinner await you.
From 22.00 onwards, shuttle buses will provide return transport to Lugano.
